What should I bring with me when I drop off
my computer?
Will I have to bring any information with me?
Is there a customer agreement that I will have
to sign? We require your signature on our customer agreement prior to completing the repair. Please read our policies below and feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding our policies. Do you have payment plans? We currently accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover! Will my data be erased?
It is always recommended that you back up any important data. We cannot be held responsible for lost, corrupt or damaged data. We will never delete your data without your permission however, your hardware can fail at anytime, and some viruses can compromise your data. Your hard drive is not a permanant storage device, you should keep two copies of all important data.
