What should I bring with me when I drop off
my computer?


If you are bringing a laptop please bring the power cord. If you are bringing a desktop you will not need to bring any cables. If you are planning to have your operating system re-installed and have the windows disk and/or the drivers disk you will need those as well. Please bring any software that you will want installed, and contact us about any other devices you think you may need to bring along in order to complete your repair.

Will I have to bring any information with me?


You will need your basic contact information and any passwords needed to access the computer. We will need as much information about the problem you are having and will need any information such as email address, or login information that pertain to the issue.

Is there a customer agreement that I will have
to sign?

We require your signature on our customer agreement prior to completing the repair. Please read our policies below and feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding our policies.

What form of payment do you accept?
Do you have payment
plans?

We currently accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover!

We do ask that special order parts be paid for at the time the order is placed.

We currently do not accept payment plans. We do however do our best to try to work with our customers to help you save money and get your computers back. If you are unsure about your bill please ask any questions about the cost of the repairs prior to authorizing repair work.

Will my data be erased?

It is always recommended that you back up any important data. We cannot be held responsible for lost, corrupt or damaged data. We will never delete your data without your permission however, your hardware can fail at anytime, and some viruses can compromise your data. Your hard drive is not a permanant storage device, you should keep two copies of all important data.
