When you purchase a computer from a big box store or an online retailer your run the risk of purchasing a defective device and even under warranty if your device needs to be repaired you may be responsible for shipping costs and repair turn-around times can be up to 14 days!  (Even longer due to the pandemic)

When you purchase a computer from us your repair will be completed in a maximum of 3 business days*. Since we purchase your computer hardware individually most of the hardware found in your machine carries a hardware warranty beyond the 1 year warranty we supply you with. When you purchase a branded computer you forfeit any original warranties that the hardware supplier provided. 

*Most parts are kept in stock and repairs can be done the same day however in some cases parts may be out of stock and repair times can be delayed.

We have carefully chosen specific hardware that, through experience, we have deemed to be reliable. If a hardware problem does arise with your device, we are much likely to have experience with the issue resulting in a quick resolution. We handle all of your hardware repairs – free of hardware and labor costs** within one year of your devices purchase and any OEM warranties that are over 1 year remain active. 

**Applies only to hardware repairs and software repairs related to hardware issues does not cover issues caused by physical damage, use of malicious software etc.

Branded computers come with loads of bloatware that slows your computer down before you can even complete setup! We complete the initial Windows user setup for you including all Windows system and driver updates. We offer additional services to set up your new computer including cloning your old PC to your new PC (when available), transferring user data, installing software, configuring email, and more.
